Summer Clinic Basic Information for Parents and Participants

• 1. Please be aware of the drop-off and pick-up times.
Do not drop-off earlier or pick-up later than clinic start time as supervision will not be available.
• Session 1: Children entering grades 1 through 4 (in September 2012) - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Session 2: Children entering grades 5 through 8 (in September 2012) - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• 2. Children should wear comfortable clothing. MUST wear sneakers – will not be permitted to play otherwise.
• 3. Any child bringing their own equipment
  • Please be aware that you MUST bring your equipment home at the end of the session. We will not be responsible for any equipment left in the building
  • Label your equipment!! This will eliminate any confusion.
• 4. In the event the children go outside, please take the necessary precautions for your child. (Apply sunscreen at home, may wear a hat or visor – please label with name) Please NO sunglasses.

Game & Weather Cancellations

Information will be posted here if any game cancellations occur. Cancellations are not permitted without the consent of the WBCYC Board of Directors.
