WBCYC Summer Office Hours are:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
Regular Office Hours will resume September 8, 2010 due to holiday on September 6th
Summer Clinics
These one (1) week clinics offered for the summer include a t-shirt, daily snack/drink and an end of week luncheon. The clinics will start on Monday and end Friday.
For Boys & Girls entering 1st through 8th Grade (in September 2010)
Session 1: Grades 1 through 4 - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Session 2: Grades 5 through 8 - 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Volleyball - July 19 - 23
- Basketball - July 26 - 30
- Street Hockey – August 2 - 6
- Lacrosse - August 9 - 13
Registration will be Accepted:
- Regular Office hours: Monday - Wednesday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
- Summer Hours (begin the week of June 28, 2010): Tuesday - Wednesday- Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm

Schedules
All sport, referee and hall monitor schedules can be found on the individual sports schedules.
Weather Cancellations
Basketball or Street Hockey games cancellations due to inclement weather: (WBCYC will try our best to contact all coaches affected by weather cancellations). The following are other options for inquiries:
Street Hockey (including indoor games): call the WBCYC Concession at 631 661-1333 and press "4" at the prompt.
Basketball: changes will be posted to the website schedule. As well as, call the WBCYC office at 631 661-1333 and press "1" at the prompt.
Any game changes and/or cancellations are NOT authorized by any individual or coach, without approval from the WBCYC Board of Directors.
