Summer Clinics

These one (1) week clinics offered for the summer include a t-shirt, daily snack/drink and an end of week luncheon. The clinics will start on Monday and end Friday.

Registration will be Accepted:

  • Regular Office hours: Monday - Wednesday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Mail-In
  • Cash or Check Only (make checks payable to: WBCYC)

Refunds

  • MUST be submitted before the start date of 1st scheduled practice.
  • Your request must be in writing - include your reason for the request.
  • If you would like your refund mailed to you, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request. Otherwise, all refund checks must be picked up in WBCYC office.
    • Regular Office Hours: Monday - Wednesday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm
    • Summer Office Hours (begin when WB schools close for summer vacation): Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Approval is required by the Board of Directors.
  • Requests will NOT be considered, if received after 1st scheduled start date.

    Directions for completed registration forms:

    • Fill-in registration and Emergency Contact & Release form completely
    • MUST sign where indicated - Parent signature is required at bottom of page 1 and Emergency Contact & Release Form
    • Make check payable in the appropriate amount to the WBCYC
    • Include copy of birth certificate of registrant:
      • If you have NEVER submitted a copy
      • If the registrant has NEVER participated in any WBCYC program
      • If the last WBCYC program the registrant participated in was over 2 years ago
      Be sure to provide your signature where requested to avoid delay or return of registration
